    • Perishable goods such as seeds and fertilizers are not eligible for return due to the nature of the products.
    • Customized products that have been tailored or adapted to specific user requirements cannot be returned.

    • Refunds will include the cost of the product but exclude any delivery charges incurred during the purchase.
